Penny Jayne - Vocals
Penny Jayne started out as a solo artiste, "Linzi Gold", in 1988. After enjoying five years as one of the more successful female entertainers, she decided to join a group called "Black Velvet". Penny then moved on to form her own band, "The Linzi Gold Band".
As rock was a major influence in Penny's life, she opted to change genres and formed "Black", a live five piece rock show, which travelled the UK and worked extensivley.
As musical trends changed Penny later fronted other bands of different styles, Utopia, Penelope's Pitstop and eventually reverting back to her passion of rock with Back In Black.
Penny has spent quite a bit of time in the recording studio over the years recording as a session singer, doing guide vocals and recording original material. You can hear Penny singing on a track recorded in Brussells called "How Can I Just Start Again".
Penny's dedication and versatility as a singer and a performer is evident in her success in the various bands and studio work she has done throughout her career. She never fails to put on a great, energetic and entertaining show. Her ability to gel with any audience and her extremely raunchy vocals are what sets her apart from other singers.
